Exhibit lasts April 30th - May 22nd
Opening and Awards: Saturday, May 1st at 3 pm
Each artist may submit one or two works. No entry may exceed 24 inches in any dimension (unframed).
Entry Fee: $20 for the first art work. $10 for the second one. Up to 2 art works per artist. Check will be collected during the drop off.
Eligible Works: Must have been done within the past two years and should represent your best plein air effort. No wet paintings allowed.
Framing and Labeling: All art works must be properly framed and labeled. Every artist needs to submit label with title of painting, name of the artist, medium and price before drop off date to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Every art work must have one label with same information attached to the back.
Sales: All art works must be for sale. Artists will receive 80% for each painting sold. Commission will be held and sales taxes will be collected and paid by Viridian Moon Art Gallery.
All accepted art works may not be withdrawn prior to the close of the exhibition.
Drop off (April 21th-23nd (11am – 5pm)) and pick up (May 25th (11pm - 3pm)) at the Viridian Moon Art Gallery: 1600 W. Bloomfield Rd, Bloomington, IN 47403. Gallery hours are Wednesday-Thursday (10:30-18:00), Friday-Saturday (10:30am to 7pm), Sunday (10:30-15:00).
